The hotel's charm stood out immediately. Lyna and her team greeted me warmly upon arrival, and they remembered my name throughout the stay. The river view from my suite was serene, and I loved the traditional decor paired with modern comforts. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, from local dishes to international options, with a delightful egg station. I appreciated the easy access to the old town, just a short 5-minute stroll away, perfect for evening walks. The facility had a lovely ambiance that made relaxing easy. the gym was quite small and needed an upgrade for a better workout experience. the Wi-Fi speed was slower than expected, which could be a bit frustrating for planning activities. Despite these small hiccups, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I’d consider coming back.

Heard noise from nearby bars even with balcony doors shut, which can affect relaxation. The room's view overlooking a rear street didn't match expectations set by price, and some amenities like black coffee options were lacking despite a higher room cost. The bathroom could use better upkeep, showing signs of cleaning oversights such as soap scum and mold in corners.
